I think those Ghost Users should be automatically removed now. So you
should not run
into any locked rooms. Also the moderation can be now for multiple users at
the same
time... So the room is not locked even if the system does not correctly
kick ghost
immediately (but ofter some timeout of 1-2 minutes).
Anyway to kick users manually you can also goto the Administration section
and kick them.
