Ok, sorry. It was my fault, because I could not find te way to see the calendar of other peple.

After that, I have some advices for upgrades that can be useful:

- Care with translation. I show how different is window in english and spanish:

- Icons for "allow / deny to see my calendar" should be on the contrary. I mean, green icon if the calendar is allowed and red icon if is denied.

I hope it will help.

Best regards.

well they need to add you to their contact list and allow you.
Just the other way round. You never can access any other calendars
without the users permission.

Ok, thanks. But my question was, how to get the calendar of someone? I know
how to allow / deny to see my calendar, but not how to get the calendar.

Thanks again.

Hi Francisco,

to grant anybody access to see your calendar you need to add this
contact to your contact list, then on the contact there is a button to
allow / deny access to see your calendar.

Hi all,

I'm trying the new versión of openmeetings (1.6.1) and I've seen the
functionality "Contacts and Messages" (I don't know since which version
is
available). There, in the contact list, appears the option "Allow contact
to
see my calendar". So, my question is, how can I see the calendar of my
contacts? I can't find how to access to that information.

Thanks for all.

PD: I think this functionality is really interesting.
