I like the idea, its good to have them all hosted at Apache as
official mailing list. Also it might be a good starting point for
improving the spanish localization and documentation in the future.

@Federico: It would be good if there would be a second moderator. Do
you know anybody from the current mailing list that could become the
co-moderator ? Otherwise I can Co-Moderate the Mailing list but
somebody speaking Spanish would be better of course.
