We currently use Apache Ivy and have made a repository on googlecode where
we host a binary of OpenLaszlo:

http://code.google.com/p/openlaszlo-openmeetings-integration/

I guess you could even use Maven with that repo.

If there is a version available I can either build it locally or if there
is a binray available we can simply sync it to our repository and switch
the versions by modifing our build file.
