Hello Christian I have also got similar error long time back.
Kindly make sure that a folder with name 'uploadtemp' is present in the openmeetings application. If not create a folder with name 'uploadtemp' and create a folder with name 'files' inside it. The folder structure should be like this \red5\webapps\openmeetings\uploadtemp\files I guess this will solve your problem.
