1) did you create the database in MySQL? You need to create the empty
DB with the correct privileges for the user that has access to it.
After the Install procedure the DB is filled with tables and data, but
the Install cannot create the DB itself.
2) Did you add the lines to $RED5_HOME/conf/logback.xml as for
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/BuildSources ? I see errors
from slf4j in red5.log
