I have also noticed this behavior with v0.7rc1... It happened to me AFTER I tried recording a meeting that displayed documents on the whiteboard AND then tried to playback the recording. After playback, was when I noticed the errors you refer to.
It DID NOT happen if I recorded a meeting WITHOUT documents on the whiteboard and then used playback.
