just verify your database name corresponding to the database name write in hibernate.cfg.xml:
<property name="connection.url">jdbc:mysql://YOUR_HOSTNAME/ YOUR_DATABASE</property> sometimes it's write openmeetings in mysql and sometimes openmeetings_1, verify it...
