you can ... quite simply checkout the code with SVN, comment in the line of code set JAVA_HOME to JDK6 run the ant-command to compile your local version: ant -f build_red5webapp.xml
it will create a folder *dist* in the project folder of openmeetings... this is a regular binary, same like you download from the website. ... and you have your own distro and can play with those values.
