It seems to me that moderators can stop mute other users audio stream
(which is very useful in cases where bandwidth problems crop up or
someones mic is feeding back) but why can't the moderator freeze their
own video stream or mute their audio?

This is very useful on those occasions when the moderator needs to:
cough, answer the phone, go to the bathroom or other wise become
interrupted in some way.

Is there a reason why the moderator can't do these things?
