Hi Dasdan,

you are right the numbers are not really helpfull in that quality settings
box. We might remove that box completely. To reduce the Bandwidth usage it
is better if you reduce the video size in width and height. However there is
of course a default minimum size at the moment. There is already an Issue in
the tracker to reduzce that size and make it configurable.
