The server time zone is United States EST, GMT - 5. I choose the same when sending a time period invitation. For the other two choices, time zone selection is greyed out. For time period invitations, the email actually goes out.
The server time is synced to debian time servers and verified against time.org. The time format, however, is d/m/y rather than standard US m/d/y. I don't know if this actually matters. Please note, the same issue I was experiencing with the demo server on a remote client. Do you know of anyone that got invitations to work on a server located in a time zone other than Germany?
