Hi Holymyck, no you cannot access (and should not access it that way)
Howevery you can just add recordings to a course in moodle already. If you choose the values *show recording* when you create a new activity using the existing module you should be able to pick a recording instead of creating a conference room. The new activity in the moodle conference room will then be a recorded file from openmeetings.
