The following url states that a new version of the flash player included support for AEC. http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-273
It also states that to take advantage of the changes, "you have to use getEnhancedMicrophone level in your Flash app to use new capabilities, old applications won't get AEC support without adding changes."
