Thanks.. It seems to work now. On an other topic. The scheduling feature has never worked correctly for me. If I try to schedule a meeting for the same day the system allways replaces the time with a new time the following day. Is this a known bug? BTW-- I am in timezone -5. Thanks again. Gus
