Daniel,

I have changed the API again, to bring importFile and addFolder on the
same level:

addFolderByUserId
addFolderByExternalUserIdAndType

parentFileExplorerItemId == -2 && isOwner
=> make the folder goto the private section

the param fileName is renamed to "folderName"
