OM-Version: 1_6_2_r3675

It does not happen constantly but sometimes (it is not clear to me
under which exact circumstances).

There are many users concurrently entering/using the system via the
WebService interface as described below (all logging in as the main
admin). Maybe this could cause a problem here?
