Hi Filippo, the SOAP Api calls work 100%, you should debug your integration code if it doesn't work for you.
This is the API documentation: http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/SoapMethods#setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash You need to specify ALL params, leaving some of them empty or changing the order of params will result in errors of course.
