Please answer following:

1) Can you please post the complete stack trace, not just till that line
that gives the message in human readable format.

2) Does the file:
c:\red5\webapps\openmeetings\upload\files\d47fbc42b5d3debaa2e704112ec8df04.jpg
Exist?
