Having lots of difficulty with setting up RTMPS and SSL. I have my
certificates installed in the red5 keystore. I made the configuration
changes to the config files specified in the wiki document. Had to
delete a few lines from the red5-core.xml that were supposed to be
added according to the wiki, red5 errors out on start if these lines
are in there:

    <property name="receiveBufferSize" value="${rtmp.receive_buffer_size}" />
    <property name="sendBufferSize" value="${rtmp.send_buffer_size}" />
    <property name="tcpNoDelay" value="${rtmp.tcp_nodelay}" />

RTMPS isn't working. The port is open, but the client wont ever make
the RTMPS connection, it fails and falls back to RTMPT

So I decided to attempt to get SSL working for the http stuff.
Followed the instructions in the wiki, but red5 never listens on port
443. I'm guessing that the file referenced in step 1
(jee-container-ssl.xml) is nowhere to be found.

"1 Copy the attached jee-container-ssl.xml file to red5/conf/jee-container.xml"

Where is this file?????
