Hi Seth and Hasan,
Hasan sorry for your last message but I missed I dont know why.
Seth you should not include the application name inside the paths
because the system is including it and if you include names of the apps
you take an error saying that ".../..../ffmpeg/ffmpeg not found" kind of
thing. You can check the problem from the logs and given error messages.
You should be sure about the exact paths in your system.
Seth has given how to check the paths correctly, I think.

Hasan,
You will need to enter the full path to the executable for each of
these tools. If you don't know what they are, you can type the
following in a console window:
$ which <app>
where <app> is the name of the executable. Imagemagick is "convert",
sox is "sox", and ffmpeg is "ffmpeg". On my Ubuntu 10.04 machine, the
paths are /usr/bin/convert, /usr/bin/sox, and /usr/bin/ffmpeg. That
is probably the case on yours, too, but it wouldn't hurt to check in
case you have custom packages installed. For swftools, that is a set
of applications, so you may just need to set the path, but not the app
also. It's probably /usr/bin.
Somebody else can clarify for me. Am I wrong about including the
executable name for these settings, do you just need the base path?

Hi,
Openoffice settings are given here:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/OpenOfficeConverter
You should fill the working path of Imagemagick, sox, *FFMpeg
*and etc.. They all should be filled.

Hi,
Also, during the installation if you left the path textboxes
empty, you should fill them under the administration part
configuration part. And then it would work properly.

Make sure you have OpenOffice installed and running as a
service so it
can do the file conversion on the fly. If you're in
Windows, I
recently posted some details on how to do this:
