did you check if your Postfix mail server is configured to relay
messages to other mail servers?
But you can setup your own mail server. When setting up openmeetings, we
had a similar problem
with our exim4 mail server. Your need to set it up as smarthost. I guess
its similar
with Postfix. You can use your ISP's mailserver as smarthost and let
your local Postifx relay emails
via the smarthost for openmeetings.
As far as I know you can not use a standard (free) Google account for
relaying outgoing emails.
You would need a Pro account to do that.
