They are moved here from google code pages so they are not moved yet(
I think it is planned). I checked thata code.google.com wiki pages have
the sources but they are outdated especially the
InstallationDebian page.
On the debian platform I usually follow the installation steps given
here: http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/installation.html
Just follow the steps given here and if you need help we can help you
here also.
