All emails are processed by the email server that you configure in
Administration > Configuration (or during installation)
The "From" field is what the user would see as "Reply To" email.
If we change the From field to be always the email of any user xy from
OpenMeetings instead of a static one the email server might reject sending
the email (depends on configuration of the email server).
