Hi Gary,

I used demo.openmeetings.de server, so unfortunately there is no way to reboot the server. I tried to use FF and Chromium on Fedora, IE and Chromium on Windows, and still have no success. I think it's time to open a ticket at Jira. Am I right?

Thank you for the quick reply. I tried to click these buttons few times, but download did not started. So I decided that I'm not able to download files till they're not processed. Am I wrong?

At the bottom left corner of the “Recordings” page where you would watch the recording you should see to buttons, I would suggest you select “AVI” format to download.  Please see the attached image where I have circled in read the two buttons.

Hello.

 

I've recordered few videos during a presentation this morning. Now I want to download them but I see a message that video is yet ready for watching. I don't want to watch it online, just need to get it as soon as possible. Is there any way to download video if it's not processed yet for online preview?
