According to the google this problem is caused by wrong jar location. Could you please try the following: 1) ant clean.ivy 2) svn up 3) svn status (to ensure nothing but mysql_persistance.xml is changed) 4) ant -Ddb=mysql 5) cd dist\red5 6) red5-debug.bat
