Hi Sebastian, Hope you are well.
I emailed you a couple of weeks ago to inquire how to disable the pointer function. You kindly advised me to install Openmeetings 2.0. We have now installed Openmeetings 2.0 on our windows server. However, the pointer function is not disabled in the restricted rooms by default. Could you please advise us how to manually disable the pointer for users? Also, when we play videos, the audio and video are both a little choppy, and we did not have this problem when we used a Linux server. Is this a solvable problem? Thank you for your help.
