Not exactly, if you are beginner it will take a lot of time, if you just want 
to re-arrange it will be simple, but entire modification will take too much 
time better to go for re-arrange, that too if you still need the  changes

you need to drop/recreate DB or add menu entry into DB by hand.

You don't need to modify mainNavi.lzx to get a new menu entry.
The menu entries are stored in the database and populated dynamically.
