You have already errors in your log file during startup of the service. rtmpTunnelport might be anything else (Tunneling might be simply not available if you have only 80 and 443 available) You need to correctly configure the red5.properties according to your new settings not only the config.xml!
There are some tricks to run two services on the same port but it will need mod_proxy and an additionally Apache WebServer to do it.
