Claudio,

Sorry but I am out of ideas. From the information you gave, you have the
correct permissions on the folders so I would expect all would be
working.

Could you tell us where you downloaded the OpenMeetings that you are
using ? And the instructions that you used to build the server?

>From what you said, that is "apache-openmeetings-incubating-2.0.0", you
are using the same version that I am using. Which is why I am puzzled
that you problems uploading a file.

Hopefully someone else has an idea.

Thanks,

George Kirkham

Claudio,

What do you mean by " when I try to add a file or create a directory " ?
I guess you mean "Add folder", and "Upload file" ?

This may not be the correct directory, but if you run the following
command what result do you get;

# ls -al /usr/lib/red5/webapps/openmeetings/uploadtemp/files

total 8

drwxr-xr-x 2 nobody nogroup 4096 Jun 27 15:49 .

drwxrwxr-x 3 nobody root 4096 Jun 27 15:48 ..

arsenal@videoconferenza:/opt/red5/webapps/openmeetings/uploadtemp/files$
ls -al

total 8

drwxr-xr-x 2 nobody nogroup 4096 2012-09-25 16:47 .

drwxr-xr-x 3 nobody nogroup 4096 2012-09-25 16:47 ..

But not work ...

Bye

Claudio

Thanks,

Hi,

I use Openmeetings
(apache-openmeetings-incubating-2.0.0.r1383872-12-09-2012_1009) with
ubuntu server 10.04, when I try to add a file or create a directory
nothing happens (there is also no evidences in log files ...) Thanks for
help ..

Claudio
