You simply did not install the application. The way to do a basic installation (with using the build in Derby database) is that simple: Download the binary ZIP unpack double click red5.bat navigate with your browser to: http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/installand follow the steps.
Thats it. If you further want to install into MySQL you would need to modify the persistance.xml file and place a JDBC driver JAR in webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/lib and rerun the whole process.
