My short answer is that you need to ensure that people in the Internet can access your Openmeetings server on ports 5080, 1935, 8080 if you are using the standard ports. That is ensure these ports are open on any firewalls between the internet and your OpenMeetings server. Then they should be able to access via http://yourdomain:5080/openmeetings Is this what you are asking about?
