Screen sharing -(publish)

Hello everyone ,
                How to share the meeting through Justin.tv, my url in Justin.tv 
is http://www.justin.tv/mukeshreddy .
But how to publish using screen sharing publishing what I have to fill in the 
fields host publish app and  publish id.
rtmp://mukeshreddy:1935/justin.tv/openmeetings, after filling, I got this ip 
but it's not working. I need little help to configure it
