[PATCH 0/5] Some fixes for building without CONFIG_PM

While trying to build a kernel that's reduced in size, I disabled
CONFIG_PM. That caused build failures at a lot of places. The
following patches fix them.

Note that there are probably more CONFIG_PM issues in things I
didn't use.
