They're 64 bytes at 115.2kbps.

But, we should have "Auto flow control" on GSM modem port (RTS / CTS
operation in hardware according to FIFO level).

It means we should be immune from overrun totally.

The status register on failure reports RX overrun though... that seems
to be the big clue.

Maybe I can try to implement the manual CTS, using the set_mctrl.
