| I've tested this patch and it works, thanks. Only issue, git could not | apply it so I've join a patch generated by git, so hopefully it will | apply cleanly. | | Andy, any reason why this is not in andy-tracking yet ? It's really | handy to be able to force a phone shutdown without having to remove the | battery. No reason except I left Openmoko a couple of weeks ago along with a bunch of other people. A reduced version of the kernel maintainer role I did for around a year got offered around a few places it seems and Werner got the consolation prize apparently. We certainly covered a lot of ground in that year, so many problems found and fixed, GTA02 able to ship, the kernel upleveled towards HEAD, Android stuff taken in, 6410 stuff funded and absorbed into the same tree, specifying GTA03 design and working on that. It's hard to remember that before I started Openmoko were stuck on 2.6.22.5 and svn and GTA02 was very far away from an even arguably shippable state. Now my Openmoko bits and pieces are in a box in the garage. I won't be checking my @openmoko.com email any further, if anyone feels the urge they can get me on [email protected]. The job I moved to also involves maintaining Qi and the Linux Kernel on ARM-based stuff, iMX31 though, so I am sure we'll all see each other around :-) - -Andy -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Fedora - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAknHj3kACgkQOjLpvpq7dMorBwCffiYP2bl0jga7clYqtm19L1eo a+sAn1HnOM5Du3fdaRT5EcgCOOxonXkE =gwn8 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
