gta02_drm_defconfig not useful with om-gta02-2.6.32

Hi,

please see the discussion in 

https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2344

and reconsider if gta02_drm_defconfig should be included in om-gta02-2.6.32

Also, would you object some sort of "INSTALL" file that documents how
to build the kernel?
