Yes there was already consensus to use the new CMS, I already said,
that I will create an issue over at the Infrastructure jira to set it up.
But before we can do that we should get consensus on the project
subversion layout. So lets wait until tomorrow then everyone
else at least had a chance to see the proposed layout and express
their opinion.
