'import' directory and svn cp should be used to set up the actual
ongoing development structure.

Ok, then lets do it, I guess the process is that we open an
Infra ticket which instructs them what to pull and
where to place it, right ?

We could pull a little more history since our maven
restructuring over at SourceForge which
I believe was after the AL 2.0 switch (will check it).
Then we have all the important little bug fixes we did
for the 1.5.0 release also in the history.
