It might ok to assume that a java command is on the path, but then it should
still be sensitive to
JAVA_HOME, if its set to a different JRE, that one should be used instead of
the one which
is already in the path.
If you already have some script now, then just check it in and we can start
testing it.
The classpath problem might be releated to changes in the built, does it work
with the released 1.5.0 ?
