It would be really nice if you could turn the build instructions William gave you in to a short extension to our website.
We already have a jira issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-50 The process would be to do the change / addition, put it into a patch and post the patch to the jira issue. Other steps would be to get the code compiled, train and play a little with the available corpora. Is there anything you are planning to use ? Currently we are mostly busy with the migration to Apache and doing our first release here. Help with our build and docbook would also be really appreciated.
