Description:
Make the License and Notice files comply with Apache rules. Files might be
missing, placed incorrect or made in a way that they are not comply with Apache
rules.
It seems like they must be placed in the following places:
- Inside the binary distribution
- Inside the source distribution
- Inside jar files which are distributed via maven
