our hopefully last release candidate is ready for testing.
It can be downloaded from here:

To use it in a maven build set the version for opennlp-tools or opennlp-uima
to 1.5.2, and for opennlp-maxent to 3.0.2, and add this URL to your
settings.xml
file:

The RC 3 staging repository is dropped now.

Compared to the last RC the following things are fixed:
- OPENNLP-332 opennlp.tools.parser.Parse.equals doesn't guard against
IndexOutOfBoundsException
- OPENNLP-336 Updated version in release notes
- OPENNLP-335 CoNLL 02 NameFinderConverter can not export all tag types
- OPENNLP-334 POSTagger cmd line trainers dict parameter has an invalid

We are now done with most of the testing, but there are still a few
smaller things which
needed to be done in our test plan.
