lets vote to release RC 6 as OpenNLP 1.5.2.
We again fixed a couple of formal issues since RC 5.
These are:
OPENNLP-373 Added the incubator disclaimer (we got a -1 for this one)
OPENNLP-377 Notice files should say "Apache OpenNLP" instead of "OpenNLP"
OPENNLP-378 Updated one sentence project description according to
branding requirements
