No looks like you did anything correct.
In my opinion that is the problem you encounter:

The install.xml contains a kind of classpath, the jar names
in this path seem to be invalid, I fixed it now and checked in.
I guess it works, I but do not have time to test it right away,
but maybe you will, please report you results back.
