The debian packaging changed recently ... you may be having problems related to that. If another upgrade doesn't fix it: - Make sure you have the libopennms-java package installed - opennms_bootstrap.jar should now live in /usr/share/java/opennms/ - /usr/share/opennms/lib should now be a symlink to /usr/share/java/opennms/
