Hmm, I don't think its installed although Ubuntu is fairly insistent
that 8.2 is "legacy" and will attempt to put 8.3 on if it gets the
chance:

Sorry I should of been clearer. Yes OpenNMS starts and Jetty accepts the
connection but gives errors for all the web-app pages saying they they
don't exist.
