Edit your OPENNMS_HOME/etc/log4j.properties file and verify or change these lines: log4j.category.OpenNMS.Poller=DEBUG, POLLERS log4j.category.org.opennms.netmgt.poller=DEBUG, POLLERS Wait 60 seconds for those changes to take effect, then watch OPENNMS_HOME/logs/daemon/poller.log for the next round of service polls. Clip all the results from that file for the latest poll cycle (not just messages that obviously pertain to the HostResourceSwRunMonitor), compress, and attach to a reply.
