As part of getting 1.6.1 running, I've been trying to figure out of OpenNMS can monitor ldap servers using ssl via port 636. I managed to find one tantalizing message from about a year ago, from Timothy Nowaczyk implying that he was developing such a monitor - or extending the exiting ldap monitor to include options for ldaps. Does anyone know whether this work was ever completed, and if so how I can take advantage of it?
