I'll give you one guess at what the limit is for the SNMP ifSpeed gauge value. ;-) The solution is to use ifHighSpeed in such cases, which is the interface speed rounded to the nearest megabyte. Trivia: there is no such thing as a 64 bit gauge in SNMPv2, so this was the best that could be done. We have a bug open for this problem (1822) and even a good set of patches submitted against a duplicate bug (2913). I just pinged the author to get a contributor agreement in place, and then we'll be good to commit his work. http://bugzilla.opennms.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1822 http://bugzilla.opennms.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2913 - deej ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Please read the OpenNMS Mailing List FAQ: http://www.opennms.org/index.php/Mailing_List_FAQ opennms-devel mailing list To *unsubscribe* or change your subscription options, see the bottom of this page: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/opennms-devel
